Credit Card Payment
Standard Rate
A valid credit card and expiration date are required to guarantee the reservation. The property reserves the right to pre-authorize the card to verify its validity. No charges will be made prior to the end of the free cancellation period.

Cancellation Policy:
Free cancellation or modification is allowed up to 5 days before the scheduled arrival.
For cancellations made within 5 days of arrival or in the event of a no-show, the cost of the first night will be charged.

Please note that stricter cancellation policies may apply during high season. We recommend checking the specific conditions related to your reservation.

Non-Refundable Rate
The total amount will be charged immediately upon booking.
No changes or refunds are allowed under any circumstances.

Bank Transfer Payment
Standard Rate
A deposit equal to 30% of the total amount is required via bank transfer. The remaining balance must be paid at the property upon arrival.
The deposit is considered a confirmatory deposit (caparra confirmatoria) and will be withheld as a penalty in the event of cancellation or modification of the booking.

Non-Refundable Rate
The full amount must be paid by bank transfer at the time of booking.
